Jackrabbit Computers strives to offer computer and technology services done both quickly and well.  We guarantee that we will return your call or email within 2 hours during office hours and within 12 hours if the office is closed.

We are open from 10am-6pm Tuesday through Friday, 12 noon-6pm on Saturday and 12 noon to 5 on Sunday.  While the office is closed on Mondays, we will be checking phone and email messages regularly and will respond promptly.

We want you to be satisfied with our work and so we offer a 10 day guarantee on all our services.  If you are not satisfied with our services, return your computer to the shop and we will make sure to repair it to your liking for free. Please be sure to bring back your receipt.
